This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Digiquestors, including online courses, digital products, and digital marketing or web development services. Please read this Policy carefully before completing any purchase.

IMPORTANT: All products and services offered by Digiquestors are entirely digital and intangible in nature. No physical goods are involved. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

1. Nature of Our Products & Services

Digiquestors exclusively offers digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses (video-based, text-based, or hybrid formats)
  • Digital Marketing services (SEO, social media management, paid advertising)
  • Web development and design services
  • Mentorship and coaching sessions
  • Downloadable digital resources, templates, and toolkits

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of our offerings, refunds are governed strictly by the terms outlined below.

2. Course & Digital Product Refund Policy

2.1 General No-Refund Policy

All sales of digital courses and downloadable products are final. Due to the nature of digital content – which is instantly accessible and cannot be “returned” – we generally do not offer refunds once course access has been granted.

2.2 Exceptions – Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following strict circumstances:

  1. Technical Non-Delivery: You paid successfully but were not granted access to the course or product within 48 hours, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Significant Content Misrepresentation: The course content is materially and substantially different from what was described on the sales page, as determined solely by Digiquestors.
  3. Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error. Proof of duplicate transaction is required.
  4. Course Cancellation by Digiquestors: In the rare event that Digiquestors cancels a course before it commences or before all promised modules are delivered, a full or pro-rated refund will be issued.

2.3 Conditions That Disqualify a Refund

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You have accessed, streamed, or downloaded any portion of the course or digital material.
  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date (except for duplicate payment claims).
  • You claim the course was “not what you expected” based on personal preference or skill level mismatch.
  • You did not read the course description, prerequisites, or syllabus before purchasing.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • You purchased a course during a promotional or discounted sale (all promotional sales are final).
  • You are requesting a refund on behalf of someone else without verifiable authorization.

3. Service Refund Policy (Digital Marketing & Web Development)

3.1 Project-Based Services

For ongoing or project-based digital services (SEO, social media management, web development, etc.):

  • Services rendered up to the date of cancellation or refund request are non-refundable.
  • If a project has commenced, only the unearned portion of any advance payment (if applicable) may be considered for refund, at Digiquestors’ sole discretion.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant billing period or milestone payment.

3.2 Retainer & Monthly Services

For monthly retainer-based services (e.g., ongoing SEO, social media management):

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
  • You may cancel future billing by providing at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
  • No pro-rated refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

4. Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, you must follow this procedure:

  1. Send an email to legal@darkviolet-spoonbill-965885.hostingersite.com with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Order ID]”.
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, order ID, date of purchase, and a clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
  3. Attach any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors, proof of duplicate charge).
  4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to the payment gateway’s processing timelines.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks that do not comply with this Policy may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your account and revocation of all course access.
  • Reporting to payment processors, which may affect your ability to make online purchases.
  • Legal action to recover losses, including transaction fees and legal costs, in applicable jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to respond to all chargebacks with full transactional evidence, including access logs and this Policy.

6. Currency & Payment Gateway

All transactions on the Digiquestors platform are processed in the currency displayed at checkout (PKR for local clients; USD or other applicable currency for international clients). Refunds, where approved, will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Digiquestors is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your bank or payment processor.

7. Modifications to This Policy

Digiquestors reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this Policy before each purchase.
