All prices are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without notice. Prices for international customers may be displayed in USD or other applicable currencies. Local (Pakistan) pricing is in PKR.
4.2 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. We accept:

4.3 Access Grant
Course access is granted only after payment has been confirmed and fully cleared. In cases of bank transfer or manual payment, access will be granted upon manual verification, which may take up to 48 business hours.
4.4 Taxes
Prices may or may not include applicable taxes (e.g., GST/Sales Tax in Pakistan). International clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in their jurisdiction. Digiquestors shall not be liable for any tax-related penalties or obligations on the client’s end.
5.1 Digiquestors Content
All content on the Platform – including course videos, scripts, slides, templates, website design, logos, branding, code, and written materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of Digiquestors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Pakistan and internationally.
5.2 Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from:

5.3 User-Generated Content
Any content you submit to the Platform (comments, assignments, testimonials) grants Digiquestors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes. You retain ownership of your original content.

Digital marketing and SEO outcomes are inherently subject to market forces, algorithm changes, and competitive dynamics. Digiquestors does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, revenue outcomes, or returns on investment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGIQUESTORS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client data, campaign performance data, and any information designated as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms for a period of 3 years.
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. For international clients, these Terms shall be read alongside applicable laws of their jurisdiction where Pakistani law is not in conflict.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or referred to the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
For international clients: disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to international arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules or such other mutually agreed forum.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with Digiquestors on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Digiquestors reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to any purchased content or services, with or without notice, if:

Digiquestors is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those services’ respective terms and policies.
By creating an account or using our Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from Digiquestors, including transactional emails, service updates, and (with your consent) marketing communications. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Service & Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digiquestors with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Digiquestors to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Digiquestors.
